After entering the waters of Kinmen on the morning of 13 September, Chinese coast guard ships again formed a formation to invade the waters of Taiwan’s Kinmen this morning. The radar monitoring of the Kinmen-Matsu-Penghu Branch of the Coast Guard Administration (CGA) found that at 8:50 a.m. this morning, four Chinese coast guard ships attempted to approach China’s prohibited and restricted waters.
According to the Coast Guard, four ships of the China Coast Guard, including “14515”, “14608”, “14603” and “14507”, sailed into China’s waters from the outside to the inside from the south of Fuxing Islet, Zhaishan, Liaoluo and Beiding Island in Kinmen.
The Coast Guard simultaneously dispatched four patrol boats, including PP-3573, PP-3505, PP-3556 and PP-10039, deployed on the external line of the restricted waters, and adopted a “1-to-1” parallel navigation correspondence, and broadcast warnings in Chinese and English throughout the whole process, solemnly announcing our law enforcement position, and collecting evidence to drive them away, and the Chinese Coast Guard ship sailed out at 11 o’clock under the supervision of our patrol boats, which lasted about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
This incident is the second time that a Chinese coast guard ship has crossed the border since September, and it is also the second consecutive day that it has come to intrude.
The Coast Guard said that Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, which is an important traditional festival for people on both sides of the strait, symbolizing reunion and harmony, but the Chinese coast guard ships have been constantly provoking in recent days, undermining peace in the Taiwan Strait, seriously affecting the traditional festival atmosphere of people on both sides of the strait, and not conducive to reciprocal exchanges between the two sides of the strait, calling on China to recognize the importance of regional peace and stability.
中國海警船在昨天（13日）上午進入我方金門水域後，今天上午再次編隊擾亂我國金門水域。海巡署金馬澎分署的雷達監測發現，今天上午8點50分，4艘中國海警船試圖接近我國的禁限制水域。金馬澎分署立即調派4艘巡防艇在限制水域外進行部署，以應對驅離。
海巡署指出，這4艘中國海警船的舷號分別為「14515」、「14608」、「14603」和「14507」，它們分別從金門復興嶼、翟山、料羅和北碇島的南面，分成四個方向向我國水域進入。海巡署隨即調派PP-3573、PP-3505、PP-3556和PP-10039等4艘巡防艇，在限制水域的邊界上進行「1對1」的平行航行，並全程以中、英文進行廣播警告，明確表達我方的執法立場，並進行蒐證驅離。在我方巡防艇的監控下，中國海警船於11時離開，整個過程持續約2小時10分鐘。
此次事件是自9月以來，中國海警船第二次編隊越界，也是連續第二天的侵擾行為。隨著中秋佳節的臨近，海巡署強調，中秋節是兩岸人民的重要傳統節日，象徵著團圓與和諧。然而，中國海警船近期的挑釁行為卻破壞了台海的和平，嚴重影響了兩岸民眾的傳統節慶氛圍，並不利於兩岸的平等交流。海巡署呼籲中方認識到區域和平穩定的重要性。
