In the case of the Core Pacific City (京華城), the media reported that “key flash drives were found” and “safe deposit boxes were seized”, which caused suspicions of leakage. On the 9th, the Taipei District Prosecutor’s Office (TPC, 台北地檢署) investigated the case separately and successively summoned reporters from weekly magazines and online media. The prosecutor summoned a reporter from a TV station surnamed Ma as a witness today (16th,Sept.) to explain.
The Taiiwan’s SET News Channel and Mirror Weekly reported a few days ago that the prosecutor investigated the Core Pacific City case and seized a pen drive when searching the residence of former Taipei’s Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲), in which the workbook recorded that Ko Wen-je received NT$15 million from Shen Ching-ching (沈慶京) , chairman of Core Pacific Group.
In addition, the Taiwan’s RWNews reported that the TPC, together with integrity officials and investigators, went to several branches of government-owned banks, including the First Bank, to check the rental records of safe deposit boxes and insurance rooms, and other media reported that millions of cash were seized.
The Taipei District Prosecutor’s Office said that it would not comment on the relevant reports and could not confirm them, emphasizing that no investigation content was leaked to specific media, nor was there any pretending to be a media outlet or profiting from specific media.
On the 9th Sept, the TPC took the initiative to investigate whether there were any relevant persons involved in the law, and successively summoned reporters from Mirror Weekly and RWNews as witnesses to explain, and asked them to return after the interrogation.

根據三立新聞和鏡週刊的報導，檢方在調查京華城案時，於前市長柯文哲的住處查獲了一個隨身碟，該隨身碟的工作簿中記載了柯文哲收取威京集團主席沈慶京新台幣1500萬元的相關信息。
此外，菱傳媒報導指出，北檢與廉政官及調查官一同前往包括第一銀行在內的多家官股銀行分行，調閱了保險箱及保險室的租用紀錄，還有媒體報導提到查扣了上百萬現金。
對於相關報導，台北地檢署表示不予置評，無法證實，並強調絕對沒有將任何偵查內容洩漏給特定媒體，也不存在假借媒體放話或圖利特定媒體的情況。
北檢於9日主動分案調查是否有相關人員涉及不法行為，並先後以證人身份傳喚了鏡週刊及菱傳媒的記者進行說明，訊後均已請回。
